start machine show”8.8.8.8.8.8.”and bee bell once, starter work, process until initial
ending, can seal.
Press “set” working screen show “set” , setting screen flickering， now you can set
the target temprture， pressure adding or reducing key to set， after complete the
setting， press “set”key to be kept.
System checking setting
（ remark： all setting is completed， do not need revise the system）
In normal condition: Long time pressure “set “key, into menu,again
pressure”set” ,working screen show”–L” when set Num”168”, it is unlock
condition, this time you can revise the correct checking tempreture number. When
Number is not “168” it is lock condition,can not revise system checking standard
number. Pressure”set” if the working screen show”—0” now also can re-setting
checking tempreture. If showing tempreture is higher than real tempreture, to
move the flicking indicator into “set screen ” left, set the “_”, the right in the
screen is tempreture revisement Number, ,MAX is 5, if sealing tempreture is lower
tham real tempreture,to move the flicking indicator into the “set screen” left,
change into“0”the right in the screen is to revise the tempreture, Max is “5”, after
completing the setting, working screen will show”_ _ L” now change “–L” into
“000” lock the data, long time to pressure “set” to keep setting.
Remark: working environment is 5-40℃ when environment is less than 5℃ will
make bell warning, working screen shows”HHH” please move the sealer into
suitable environment.
Sealing suggestion
High tempreture bag sealing tempreture 180-185℃
Low tempreture bag sealing tempreture 120 ±5%
A. Start sealer, when upgrading the tempreture, tansfer belt not work
B. Bag paper put down, film upper, from left to put into rolling.
C. Testing good sealing side, and then repeat normal working.
D.when bag is clipped in the right， please stop sealing， and solve the
problem
F:when you find the abnormal condition, please power off and solve the
problem.
Usual solution
Start power key, but sealer do not start.find the abnormal condition,
please power off and solve the problem.
A:the plug is fine, or the electricity supply is normal?
B:check the power key is pressured into the suitbable position.
C： fuse
D： after checking， restart sealer
