III. Instructions
●Open the packing box to check whether the machine is in good condition and whether the screws are loose, and repeatedly push and pull the paper knife and wrench to confirm that no mechanical internal damage has been caused during transportation.
●Turn on the power, put the composite paper bag on the bracket, and guide it into the paper guide slot.
●Turn on the power and adjust the temperature controller on the right rear side of the main unit to a suitable temperature (the recommended temperature is 150℃, the user can make appropriate adjustments according to local climate conditions and experience values). The heating indicator lights up, and the machine starts to warm up and wait for heating. After the indicator light goes out, the preheating is over and it can start to work.
●Put the paper through the heating belt, pull the wrench on the right side toward your chest, slide the paper knife horizontally after 2-3 seconds to cut the composite paper bag. Push the wrench to the outside of the chest and take out the seal to proceed to the next operation.
●Manual sealer is equipped with an intelligent temperature control device. If the heating indicator light is on during the continuous packaging process, the operator should pause the packaging work and wait for the indicator light to go out before continuing the packaging operation. Or when the temperature of the heating belt exceeds 220℃, the sealing machine will automatically stop heating up. At this time, the operator should stop packaging for 4-5 minutes and lower the temperature of the temperature controller. After the standby device has cooled down, the packaging operation can be restarted.
