Intended use:
Packaging is intended for packaging medical devices to be sterilized (steam, ethylene oxide, steam formaldehyde and radiation) in order to ensure their sterility after sterilization during storage and transportation prior to their intended use.
Ready-to-use flat bags are designed for packaging with the purpose of subsequent sterilization of small-thickness instruments and medical devices.

The bags are a rectangular envelope made of white paper and transparent multilayer polypropylene / lavsan film, with one or
several chemical indicators of sterilization class 1 according to ISO 11140-1-2016,
Flat bags are combined sterilization packaging consisting of a multilayer polymer film of pale blue / pale green color and special water-repellent medical paper with a density of 60 and 70 g / m2 in white (opaque side).
Made of tear-resistant and shatter-proof multilayer film-laminate, 5 layers of transparent color. The paper and the film are connected by a thermal seal, which excludes subsequent unsticking during sterilization and ensures 100% separation of the film from paper when opening the package with a minimum effect of dust lint release.

- reliability of sealing;
- permeability to appropriate sterilizing agents;
- preservation of strength and integrity during and after sterilization;
- reliable microbiological barrier and preservation of sterility after sterilization.;
• On the paper side of the package there are class 1 indicators (PAR, FORM, EO), which make it possible to distinguish sterilized products from non-sterilized ones;

The bags meet the requirements of the European standard EN 868 for packaging materials for sterilization, as well as the requirements for
packaging materials in accordance with ISO 11607-2016.

The bags are sealed using a heat seal machine.
Class 1 imprinted process indicator is water based, non-toxic and complies with ISO 11140-1. Indicators (Steam, ETO, FORM) printed on the bag provide clear and irreversible color change when exposed to the sterilization process.
The wide range of sizes allows the optimal selection of bags of various sizes for medical instruments of various sizes.
