Mediwish Autoclave Sterilization Paper Bags consists of dialysis medical paper, suitable for steam, ethyene oxide and formaldehyde sterilization. Sterilization paper bag, plain top or Heat Seal Top. Colour change indicator to be affixed for heat seal top bags.  Bags – paper on both sides.  The Gussets- on both sides  same size.  Bags  compatible for steam sterilization. Size of bags printed or embossed on the bags with the following specifications: Gussets 75mm; Length 250mm; Width 140mm.  The tolerance  ± 5mm.   supply in carton of 1000 units.

Instructions for use:

1. Put the items in the medical three-dimensional paper bag, the length and height of the items should be suitable for sealing, otherwise the bag may burst.

2. Special-shaped and sharp objects should be placed correctly, and the peeling safety can be ensured when used.

3. Seal the bag with a sealing device, indicating relevant information such as time and purpose.

4. Place the sealed bag correctly.

5. Confirm the discoloration during the process: gray-black after sterilization; brown after ethylene oxide sterilization.

6. After use, take out the article in the direction of the peeling instruction.

Method of sterilization: Steam, E.T.O.-gas, gamma-rays – not for plasma-Sterilization!
Method of use: Paper bags should only be filled to 3/4 of their capacity. A free space of at least 3 cm from the seal
area should be maintained in order to avoid stress on the seal. After sealing, the filled bags should be placed in a
container (e.g. sterilization basket), so they are supported by one another.
Sealing: The sealing temperature should be 180 a C. For paper bags rotary sealing machines are most suitable.
Sterile removal of contents: Scissors should be used to cut and remove the contents. It is not desirable to peel open
paper bags and maintain a good aseptic presentation. Avoid tearing open bags, as this can lead to the generation of
undesirable particles.
